Receptionist

Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees and customers with enthusiast, in person and on the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Exercise outstanding telephone etiquette, ensuring phones are answered promptly
  • Make phone calls to clients and offer them incentives for reviews and feedbacks
  • Contact clients through emails, send out follow up emails to client
  • Charge clients for purchases, able to use/learn a pos system
  • Quote price for clients for birthday parties and/or private events
  • Confirm restaurant reservation, event booking etc.
  • Great time management skill with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Direct customers to specific locations (different gaming sections, restaurant, washroom etc.)
  • Ensure that customer data are accurate and are updated on a regular basis
  • Manage client loyalty programs
  • Sell memberships
  • Provide information to visitors/clients regarding to all aspects of what eSC has to offer (services, events, stores etc.)
  • Make sure all aspects of booking/reservation protocol are followed, including bookings, confirmations or cancellation
  • Build relationship with guests/visitors/customers, and businesses in the area to drive traffic to Esports Central
  • Responds to all visitors requests in a timely manner with follow-up communication to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times, clean the front desk and entrance area
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2+ years (Preferred)
  • Direct Marketing/Sales: 2 years (Preferred)


Education:

  • Secondary and higher(Required)

  • French & English (Required)
